Payment Information

Accepted Forms of Payment

• We use PayPal to manage financial transactions. That means you can use a PayPal account if you have one, but you don't have to. If you'd like to pay by credit or debit card you may use your Visa or MasterCard, and:
• We understand some people aren't in a position to use a credit card so we also offer the ability to pay by Direct Deposit and company cheque (but we're unable to ship orders until the funds have cleared in these cases).
• All prices on the website are in Australian Dollars and exclude GST where applicable.

Goods and Services Tax - GST

• As an Australia-based reseller, Cirqular is required to charge GST where applicable. Nearly all products on Cirqular's sites must have GST included, but some products are exempt. In any case the amount of tax charged will appear with the price, and is totaled in the checkout procedure.
• When you place your order you will receive a confirmation that will include an appropriate Tax Invoice, indicating the taxable items and the appropriate tax amount. You will not receive a second Tax Invoice with the physical goods so you should keep the confirmation email.

Delivery Method

All orders are sent by courier and can be tracked throughout the delivery process. Please contact us to receive your order tracking details.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are determined by the delivery address state and are a flat fee for the entire order:

QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA - $16.50
NT, WA - $33.50
TAS - $27.50

Coupons

From time to time Cirqular may issue an online coupon instead of a refund. If you have an online coupon, make sure to read the exclusions and instructions carefully. Please pay careful attention to the offer's start and end dates.

How to use your coupon code:

• Proceed to the checkout when you've finished shopping.
• Provide your billing and shipping information.
• Enter your coupon code in the appropriate box.
• Complete the rest of the required information.
• Verify your coupon was applied to the product price.
• Submit your order and enjoy your savings!

Returns and Refund Policy

We abide by the Refunds Policy of the Queensland Government Office of Fair Trading.

You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange or repair if the goods you purchased:

• Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase.
• Are not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement.
• Do not match the sample you were shown at the time of purchase; and/or
• Do not do the job as you were led to believe.

You are not entitled to a refund if you:

• Simply change your mind or no longer want the goods;
• realise you can't afford the goods;
• found the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere;
• chose the wrong size or colour;
• knew about the particular fault prior to purchase; and/or
• were responsible for causing the fault.

Terms & Conditions

• We will exchange or refund a product if it is returned to us in it's original condition, undamaged and unopened. The customer will pay freight costs.
• Defective products will be replaced with the original product purchased. For products that cannot be replaced. a full refund will be provided. Cirqular will pay freight.
• If you have a problem with your order you must lodge a return request by phone or email within 14 days of order delivery.
